【摘要】:ThispartofISO15927givesthedefinitionandspecifiesmethodsofcalculationandpresentationofthemonthlyexternaldesignclimatetobeusedindeterminingthedesigncoolingloadofbuildingsandthedesignofairconditioningsystems.Dependingonthebuildingtype,arangeofparameterscanbeusedtodefinetheindividualdaysofhourlyorthree-hourlydataineachcalendarmonththatimposeacoolingloadlikelytobeexceededon5%,2%and1%ofdays.Theparametersthatarealwaysusedintheselectionaredry-bulbtemperatureandtotalglobalsolarirradiation(orsunshinehours).Thedailyswingindry-bulbtemperature,dewpointtemperatureandwindspeedandanyotherparametersrelevanttoparticularbuildingsmayalsobeincluded.Hourlypeakvaluesofdry-bulbtemperatureanddewpointtemperatureareneededforthedesignofairconditioningsystems.
