【摘要】:ThispartspecifiesfiresafetyrequirementsforrailwayvehicledesigntocovertheobjectivesdefinedinCEN/TS45545-1.ThemeasuresandrequirementsspecifiedinthispartoftheTechnicalSpecificationaimtoprotectpassengersandstaffinrailwayvehiclesintheeventofafireonboardbyminimizingtheriskofafirestarting,delayingthefiredevelopmentandcontrollingthespreadoffireproductsthroughthevehicle,thusaidingevacuation.ItisnotwithinthescopeofthisTechnicalSpecificationtodescribemeasureswhichensurethepreservationofthevehiclesintheeventofafire.ThispartisvalidforrailwayvehiclesdefinedinCEN/TS45545-1.
