【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothedesignandmanufactureoffixeddeckovenloadersusedinthefoodindustry,bakeries,pastry-making,etc.Thesemachinesareusedtoplacedoughpiecesoneachdeckoffixeddeckovensandtoremovethebakedproductsfromeachdeck.Thisequipmentmaybe:?manual;?semi-automatic(somemovementspowered,somemovementsrequiringmanualpower).TheEuropeanStandardcoverstechnicalsafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesign,installation,adjustment,operating,cleaningandmaintenanceofthisequipment.!ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttofixedovendeckloaders,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4)."Noisefromfixeddeckovenloadersisnotconsideredtobeasignificanthazard.Thatdoesnotmeanthatthemanufacturerofthemachineisabsolvedfromreducingnoiseandmakinganoisedeclaration.ThereforeanoisetestcodeisgiveninAnnexA.Thefollowingequipmentareexcluded:?experimentalequipmentandequipmentunderdevelopmentbythemanufacturer;?loadersforconveyorovens;?loadersintegraltotheoven;?fullyautomatedfixeddeckovenloaders.ThisEuropeanStandardinnotapplicabletofixeddeckovenloadersthataremanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
