【摘要】:ThismethodisusedtoevaluatethetensilepropertiesofBGM.Itcanbeusedformanufacturingqualitycontroloracceptancetesting.Thistestmethodusesadumbbellspecimen.Theshapeanddimensionsofthespecimenaredefinedinthisstandard.Noothershapeordimensionsareallowed.OthermechanicalpropertiesofBGMmaybemeasuredusingdifferenttestmethods.RefertoGuideD6455.Thereportedpropertiesarethemaximumstrengthandelongationatmaximumstrength.1.1Thistestmethodisusedtomeasurethetensilepropertiesofbituminousgeomembranes(BGM)usingadumbbellshapespecimen.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
